In the extreme range a strong sensation of cold should be expected. Always adapt your clothing to the current temperature for best possible comfort. The Upper Limit of Comfort is the highest temperature that you can sleep without sweating profusely. Usually this is defined with the ventila- tion zippers open, arms outside the bag and the hood open. The Lower Limit of comfort is usually defined as the lowest temperature at which a person has eight hours of sleep without waking. Extreme Temperature is the lowest temperature at which the sleeping bag protects the user from hypothermia. This is subject to a variety of conditions but is usually defined as six hours of uncomfortable sleep with- out diminishing the body core temperature to a dangerous level. True North are using Thermoloft fibres for best insulation and low weight. True North Tarfala is a series updated sleeping bags. Shell fabric is the new Duralite WP 260 with high density and special treatment to make fabric soft and comfortable. As inside lining we use micro glossy fabric with “easy turn around” function. We use Thermoloft X fibres for better insulation together with low weight. Tarfala have zipper on both side to make it comfortable to use.
